The White Lake Half is one of the fastest HALF courses in the United States! The race will start and finish at The Grand Regal @ Goldsten's Beach right in the heart of White Lake, NC. The swim is in the beautiful crystal clear waters of White Lake, the Bike will be a two loop course on flat fast roads, and the run will be a double out and back on flat fast roads that are partially shaded.
White Lake is a beautiful lake oriented resort community located in Southeastern North Carolina. White Lake offers the following:
White Lake is unique in that it has a white sandy bottom and is blessed with crystal clear waters. This is because it is fed by subterranean springs. It is truly a child's paradise in that there are no currents, no tides, no hazardous depressions or real dangers of any kind to swimmers. It has been labeled "The Nation's Safest Beach". Some of the accommodations are open all year round. It is a choice resort area for southeastern North Carolina and one can spend an active and exciting day on the beaches and in the arcades, or a leisure time in the deep cool shade. White Lake is proud to be the home of the annual "White Lake Water Festival which is held the third weekend in May each year."
The White Lake Half will conducted on Saturday of race weekend.
Note: The White Lake Spring International and the White Lake Spring Sprint will be conducted on Sunday (Grand Regal @ Goldsten's Beach)

Important things to remember :
• A photo ID is required for packet pick-up.
• Cash, Check or Credit Card are accepted.
• All participants must pick up their own race packet. (Including all relay team members)
• USA Triathlon requires that all USAT annual members must show their USAT membership card at packet pick-up.
• Any USAT annual member who does not present his/her valid membership card at packet pick-up,
will be required to pay the USAT one-day fee of $15. No exceptions.
PARTICIPANT MEETING:
A participant orientation meeting will be held at the swim start/finish location at 7pm on Friday (6th). We will cover as many details as possible about the race and questions will be encouraged. This meeting should last about 30 minutes - we encourage everyone to attend.

"No Shirt/No Swag" Registration Option:
For 2021, participants racing as individuals in the full triathlons, have the option of registering for a race at a discounted price and NOT receiving the race shirt and any “swag” given away at the race. If you opt to do this, select the registration category that fits you (Age Group, Clydesdale, Athena, etc.), and when you get to the stage during this registration process where you pick your t-shirt size – you’ll see a “No Shirt/No Swag” option – and the discounted amount.
Relay team members and people doing the AquaBike do not have this option. They will automatically receive T-Shirts.
T-Shirt Deadline:
In order to receive a T-Shirt - participants must register no later than April 18, 2021.
T-Shirt Purchasing:
If you registered after the T-Shirt deadline - check at the finish line at the conclusion of the race. If any inventory remains, T-Shirts will be sold for $10.
